• Manufactured by a third party, not directly by the equipment manufacturer.
• Screens in FixPremium Hard OLED quality have a reduced refresh rate, max. 90Hz.
• Has variations in functionality, quality or appearance.
• This type of screen is characterized by its low price while maintaining brightness, contrast, and color accuracy similar to the original.
• Its disadvantage is that compared to the original screen, it has thicker touch glass, a smaller screen size, slightly higher bottom bezel, and a thicker screen frame, resulting in a "chin" at the bottom. Furthermore, it has a smaller screen area, which may lead to partially visible icons in the Notch area.
• After replacing the screen, the message 'Unknown parts or Important Message' will appear on the screen.

On-screen alert - Unknown parts or Important Message

• The message only informs that the original part (screen / battery / front camera) has been replaced.
• The message has no effect on the performance of the device.
• For 4 days it is screen on the lock screen, then in the settings.

This is due to the fact that the replacement was not approved by Apple's official software, and the part was not paired with the motherboard.

• The reduced refresh rate is a result of screen manufacturers not utilizing chips that support higher frequencies. This is due to low demand for these functions and increased production costs. This limitation may affect the smoothness of content viewing, especially when watching videos or playing games.

Preserving functions when replacing the screen
True Tone function

• To preserve True Tone functionality, it's necessary to copy the data and serial number from the original screen to the new screen assembly using a programmer.
• Otherwise, the function will remain disabled/non-functional.

Face ID function

• Face ID is not included with the screen.
• After replacing the screen, Face ID functionality is only operational if none of the necessary components on your original device are damaged.
• *In case of damage, you can contact us to order our Face ID Repair service. A technician will perform diagnostics to determine if Face ID repair is feasible with us, or if the damage is extensive enough that repair is only possible at an authorized Apple service center by exchanging the screen assembly with the Face ID module or the SWAP module.
  *We provide service only in Slovakia.

Water Resistance

• When replacing the screen, it's recommended to also apply new adhesive (sealing) to protect the iPhone against moisture and dust.
• Since this involves intervention in the phone, it's not possible to guarantee that your iPhone will be waterproof again after the replacement.

Tip: The most common way for dust and moisture to enter a phone is through a damaged or detached screen. To avoid the risk of further damage, such as oxidation or potential short-circuiting, we recommend replacing the damaged screen as soon as possible.

Tips before replacement:

• Part replacement should be carried out by a qualified person.
• Special tools are required for replacement.
• Test the functionality of the part before replacement.
• When replacing, pay attention to the fragile parts of the connectors.
• Try to replace the part in a dry and dust-free environment without direct sunlight.
